• Payments can be made via Google Pay, Paytm, UPI, or bank transfer.

• Payment must be received in full before shipment of products.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship Pan-India.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of the package.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. FiguresFrenzy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns/Replacements are only accepted when you receive a wrong or incomplete order.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 3–4 days of receiving the returned product.

• The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

8.  Product Descriptions

• We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

• Minor differences between the product image and the actual product may occur due to display technologies or other technical reasons.

• FiguresFrenzy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

• We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
