Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Limited edition or rare collectibles (unless damaged during shipping).

Discounted or clearance items.

Custom-made or personalized products.

Return Process:

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and details about the issue.

Once approved, ship the item to our return address. Return shipping costs is our responsibilit due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Kindly make a unboxing video to claim. If your collectible arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage for a quick resolution.
